Minorcan Mike's is a family-owned datil pepper sauce company specializing in all things datil. Datil peppers have been apart of the O’Steen family legacy for generations. Minorcan Mike grew up in St. Augustine and vividly remembers his grandfather growing datil pepper plants in his hothouse. Mike grew up around datil peppers and learned at an early age how to cook with them - and how to perfect his family’s recipe to create the delicious sauce we enjoy today. He started making sauce as a hobby about 10 years ago for oyster roasts. Popular demand for his sauce led Mike back to his datil pepper roots and create his tantalizing datil pepper sauce. Since then, Mike has added datil pepper jelly and datil pepper salsa to his product lines.
