Item Description
Brainspotting therapy utilizes the field of vision to access "stuck points" and goes beyond traditional talk therapy for accelerated healing. This technique uses the individual's own body wisdom to access healing, rather than making the therapist the "expert." You as the participant may bring any area in your life where you are stuck, want clarity or would like to "heal." Some examples of Brainspotting sessions are: driving anxiety, imposter syndrome, processing a past trauma, processing grief. Session will be via telehealth, preferably by computer (laptop or desktop) and must be accessed in a private space.
