La Bauhinia is a contemporary restaurant located in the heart of the hotel that offers French cuisine from all regions highlighting the gastronomic heritage of the country. La Bauhinia takes its name from the iconic flower that graces the Hong Kong flag. This Asian inspirired restaurant is unlike any other, the dining room is submerged in light due to the glass dome above the restaurant. The Chef and Pastry Chefs coordinate menus based on every region of France to offer a wide variety of gastronomical options to choose from.
La Bauhinia’s extensive menu includes classic Western and Oriental dishes and focuses on authentic and traditional favourites, all coordinated by Executive Chef Christophe Moret (with over 20 years of experience and working in several Michelin Star kitchens).
With seating on the ground floor and the mezzanine level in the heart of the hotel, beneath the magnificent 1930s-era Eiffel-inspired steel and glass cupola, La Bauhinia is the social hub of the hotel.

Per request, we can mail it to the mailing address the winning bidder will provide us (standard shipping ONLY). Any express or priority delivery will be at the charge of the bidder.
The winning bidder will be contacted by email in the days following the event to arrange pick-up or mailing.
