 With this Wellness Package, you will identify areas in your life in need of positive change:  
 

• Sleep routine: Sleep is instrumental to physical and mental health and unfortunately, its importance is not emphasized enough in our society. Lack of sleep could lead to weight gain, depression, and getting sick more easily... Review your sleep routine and identify areas of improvements. Design a plan to implement.
• Nutrition: This is another instrumental area of our life that will keep us physically and mentally healthy. The quality of our gut microbiome, directly linked to the quality of our nutrition, is key to keeping diseases at bay. It is also helping us fight depression and anxiety since 90% of serotonin is secreted in the GI tract. Learn how to make meaningful changes to your nutrition without adopting a diet. Concentrate on putting in place sustainable long- term lifestyle habits instead of a quick fix that will result in failure long-term. 
• Exercise: You are well intentioned but nothing happens and yet you know exercising will keep you healthy and energized. Explore your interests in various physical activities and create a plan of action. 
• Work-life balance: Do you feel you are not prioritizing friends and family? Are you in need of creating more quality time in your life? What does it really mean to you? What are your values?

We will explore those areas of your life and can concentrate on the ones needing the most improvement. This package can be customized to your needs. You have the choice of face-to-face sessions in East Cobb or virtual sessions. 

This package is offered by Sophie Webster, Certified Life and Health Coach, working at Laureavida Wellness, a wellness coaching practice and in partnership with Marietta Roswell Counseling, an East Cobb counseling private practice. 

Sophie is passionate about helping her clients improve their health and lifestyles, change their mindset, and reach their goals. She has an Emory MBA and over 20 years of corporate experience in various functions ranging from finance, database management, business analytics & reporting.  

Being a French native, she has always been passionate about keeping a good work-life balance and a healthy nutrition. She has lived in the US for the past 27 years.

Per request, we can mail it to the mailing address the winning bidder will provide us (standard shipping ONLY). Any express or priority delivery will be at the charge of the bidder.

The winning bidder will be contacted by email in the days following the event to arrange pick-up or mailing.
