Item Description
"The sanderlings and dunlins were a joy to observe this morning." - Robert Feingold. This photograph of Sanderlings was taken at Gooseberry Island. Sanderlings are medium-sized "peep" sandpipers recognizable by their pale nonbreeding plumage, black legs and bill, and obsessive wave-chasing habits. Framed, 18" x 26".
See original photo to see how magnificent this photograph is, the photo of framed image is to show frame only, it does the picture no justice. The photograph is simply magnificent.
