Item Description
Introduced in 1940, Franciscan Apple is a beautiful earthenware pattern featuring hand-painted designs that reflect the beauty of California's apple orchards. Apple looks great year-round, and pieces from this pattern make impressive gifts for vintage tableware collectors!
This is a collection of assorted pieces. There are 2 dinner plates (10.5 inches), 5 lunch plates [3 with chips] (9.5 inches), 12 dessert/salad dishes (8 inches), and 2 6.5 inch plates. Also included are 6 soup bowls (8.5 inches), 6 soup bowls (6 inches) and 2 relish bowls (5 inches). There are 5 cups and saucers. Three cups are cracked. The dishes were obviously well loved with their last family.
But there is still lots of life left in them!
