Item Description
2021 Classic Car - Open Roads Cook Island $10 Silver Coin (Black Proof)
This amazing coin called “open roads – open hearts” could translate to “open possibilities” of the enhanced smartminting© technology. Have a closer look on this 2 oz numismatic piece of art to identify four different finishes on just one coin.
Proof finish, black silk elements, frosted areas and the overall black proof appearance is minting on the highest sophistication level. The chrome accents and stylish curves will bring you back to the days when cars were works of art. Like the cars, there won’t be many of these to go around. Only 999 will be struck.
The obverse is adorned with the right facing profile of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as designed by acclaimed British sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley in 1998. Inscriptions include "ELIZABETH II," "10 DOLLARS," "COOK ISLANDS" and "2021."
This Ultra High Relief 2021 Cook Islands 2 oz. Silver Classic Car black proof $10 coin is encapsulated and presented as originally received from the Mint, in a contemporary display box accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
2021 Golden Classic Car - Open Road $1 Gold Coin (Palau)
A smaller gold coin featuring the same Open Roads theme is released alongside the larger silver version. By utilizing the enhanced smartminting® technology we are able to beautifully illustrate the shape of a classic car on a 13.92 mm diameter surface while keeping the weight at 0.5 grams. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity.
