2017 Roco Gravel Road Pinot Noir
Vibrant and well-structured, with refined cherry, stony mineral and green tea accents that build richness and polish toward fine-grained tannins. Drink now through 2028.
2016 Firesteed Riesling
The Firesteed Riesling opens with aromas of peaches, ripe lychees, and the added floral elegance of ripe honeysuckle that comes across almost mead like on the nose. On the palate the wine is luscious, reconfirming the fruit flavors found in the aromas, and with a steel edge acidic minerality that balances the wine’s viscosity.
2017 Elouan Chardonnay
The Elouan Chardonnay opens up with beautiful aromas of green apple, citrus, honeysuckle, and persimmon. Light gold in color, this Chardonnay has delightful flavors of guava, passion fruit, ripe peaches, and buttered popcorn. This wine has a smooth and luxurious mouthfeel, with a lingering bright finish.
2019 Elouan Rose
For the Elouan Rosé, they bring together fruit from three distinct terrains along Oregon’s premiere Western vineyards. The diversity of these cool climate areas combined with an elongated growing season creates wine with intensity of fruit flavor, structure, and a fresh vibrant acidity. This is a bespoke rosé where grapes were grown and harvested with the specific intention of making rosé; and not a saignée rosé, which can be a by-product of making red wine. This wine should be enjoyed very well chilled.
