Item Special Note

Poem to accompany the art:

Chop, chop, chop.

The tree that you’ve grown forever has just been cut down.

With the final few chops,

it finally falls to the ground.

He laughed and said ‘see you’ll be nothing now.’

As that tree lies on the ground, that tree you fought so hard to grow and keep alive, that tree you put every inch of yourself into.

now it lies all tangled and beaten to the ground.

That was the last of many chops the tree had taken.

It finally succumbed and died on the ground.

Or so he thought.

He gave it one more chop believing he had finished the job and left.

The tree was somber.

There was a big storm that rolled in.

Winter seemed to be settling in.

So the tree put all its energy into just staying alive.

One day the wind began to blow and blew away the clouds, it blew in that clean fresh mountain air.

Once the toxicity had left something began to happen.

The sun began to shine, it warmed and comforted what little was left of the tree.

The rain came, washed away the blood left from the wounds and nurtured them.

The soil filled the tree with nutrients encouraging it to Grow.

With lots of help from the rain, soil, sun, and wind, A rebirthing was happening.

Finally remembering the strength that lies within

A new, stronger, wiser, tree was beginning to grow.

The tree was actually a tree again!

It had a strong trunk and long branches with beautiful vibrant leaves.

The tree had grown, and with the help from the rain, soil, sun, and wind it was better and stronger than it had ever been before. It left all those broken down pieces and built a bigger better stronger tree from the stump you left in the ground.

Sometimes when you think you have nothing left and your at the end of the rope, it’s really the rebirth to an even more beautiful life than you could ever imagine.
