Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. A $9.00 per night government imposed tax is the responsibility of the traveler and required to be paid directly to hotel upon check out. At least one traveler must be 21 years of age or older. Travelers must be residents of either the United States or Canada. Blackout dates may apply. Holiday travel may require a supplemental fee. Standard package is for two guests. Up to two children age 11 or under can be added at no additional cost at the time of booking. Participating properties are subject to change. Travel is valid for 18 months from the date of issue. Travelers selecting The Grand Mayan Los Cabos, Nuevo Vallarta and Riviera Maya destinations are responsible for a one time resort fee of $75.00 that includes: One way transportation from airport to resort, daily maid and turndown service, welcome cocktails, local phone calls, Internet access, gym access, inter-resort shuttle service. Travelers selecting the Grand Bliss destinations are responsible for a resort upgrade fee. A minimum 30 day advance reservation is required. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations more than 31 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $129.00 rebooking fee. Cancellation 15-30 days prior to arrival is subject to a $279.00 rebooking fee.Trip protection is available for $49.00 at time of booking. With trip protection, there is no rebooking fee for cancellation more than 31 days prior to arrival and a $99.00 rebooking fee is due for cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, with or without trip protection, is subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.
