From humble beginnings in a strip mall on Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, El Pollo Rico was the the very first Peruvian charcoal-broiled rotisserie chicken restaurant in the US. Now enjoy the taste of Pollo A La Brasa, chicken that is marinated in their traditional family recipe, then roasted in a special brick lined oven, imported from Peru, fired up with mesquite charcoal, for a meal that is out of this world.
