You can move beyond chronic pain, high stress, anxiety, and overwhelm! Chronic pain, syndromes or other challenging conditions can also come along with high levels of stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed. They can be so intertwined that you may not be sure if one is causing the other or which came first. Feldenkrais sessions with Dan Rindler help you get to the root of these issues as you learn to use your own body-awareness to shift your patterns of movement, posture and state of mind, resulting in feeling more grounded, at-ease, and resilient -- more yourself as you’d like to be!
Dan has been certified in Feldenkrais Method since 2006 and has worked with chronic pain and anxiety/trauma for 15 years. He will complete certification in the Somatic Experiencing approach to trauma resolution in November 2021.
(In-person sessions must be fully vaccinated, masked)
