23"L, 1.5"W. Bake lefse in style with this lefse stick. The lefse stick is decorated with kolrosing, a centuries-old form of decoration on wood. The stick was purchased and the kolrosing was done by the donor. Kolrosing incisions are covered with flaxseed oil and coffee grounds, then polished again with flaxseed oil, making it 100% food safe. Use on your special lefse making days! Artist: Darlene Fossum-Martin, Vesterheim instructor.
