A fine artist for over 30 years and recognized as creator of the "Oil Wash" technique, Albert Dreher enjoys recognition nationally and internationally and is represented by Galleries and Art Representatives in both the United States and Europe. Dreher invented and owns all the paper he creates his works upon. The paper is comprised of 50% cotton and 50% plastic fibers.
