The Space:

Welcome to this striking, three-level, 3600+ sq. ft. home, where you can experience the ambiance of a historic retreat enriched by contemporary amenities that will blow you away. On the main floor, relax and watch a movie in the tastefully appointed living room, prepare your favorite culinary creations in the open kitchen, or even do some work if you are traveling on business in the Den. On the second story, you'll find three comfort-forward, calming bedrooms. Finally, a wow-worthy, decked-out entertainment center awaits you on the third floor. You may never want to leave the house once you set your sights on the fun amenities installed on the top floor.

Block out dates: May be booked from Sept 2021- December 2022 (excluding the months of June & July and the weeks of Christmas and New Years)

Additional Fees: $79 Trust and safety Insurance, $200 Cleaning (both reviewed below)

Winner will contact Abode Bucks to book their 2 nights. Generally minimum requirement is a 3 night stay but we have made an accommodate for this gift certificate only. Should you like to stay longer, you can apply the $500 to how ever many nights you want to stay.

HOUSE RULES: This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers.

• Primary renter must be 25+ years old
• Pets are not permitted on the property
• No smoking inside the home
• No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
• No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
• Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. 
• Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm
• Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.
