On-site staff ensures your needs are met! The concierge handles bookings for dining, charter adventures, tee times and massages. For an additional fee, our Private Chef provides fresh, local fare in your villa or on the beach while daily housekeeping keeps things tidy and replenished while you're away

Airport Transfer - private, personalized, bilingual and professional shuttle service from the airport to The Palms, the cost is $110 each way up to four people, $125 for six people.

Pre-Arrival Grocery Shopping Service is available to stock the pantry for you - cost is $50.00 + cost of groceries. If the amount of the purchase exceeds an amount of $300 dollars we add 5% to the $50 groceries fee. Professional Massage Therapist is available for in-Villa or beachfront appointments at a cost of $60/hour

Covid Testing is very limited in Costa Rica. Testing can be done at either Beach Side Clinic or Hospital Metropolitano located in Huacas (10min from Palms), by appointment, for est. $115/person. Both PCR and antigen tests are available, but guests need to check directly with their airlines to see what is accepted for entry to US. Testing can be scheduled on site for a cost of $130/person and you have to pay this one in cash.  This is our recommended test, as it has the best test turnaround time and is most convenient and reliable.

Our Bellmen will assist with your arrival, departure and airport transportation from Liberia or Tamarindo airports.

A stay can be reserved, based on availability, for 24 months from the date of the event.

Blackout dates:  December 24th – January 3rd, February 16-23rd, Easter Week (These dates vary each year).

The nights must be used during 1 trip.

At least one person staying at the residence must be over the age of 25.

Unless otherwise noted, all holiday/event weeks start the Saturday before the holiday/event through the Saturday after the holiday/event.
