The successful bidder for this item will have their choice of one of the following Inward Bound Mindfulness Education's retreats:
Both retreats take place from December 29 to January 2, 2021.
A one-of-a-kind experience, an iBme retreat helps teens and young adults reduce stress and cope with school, life, and social demands in a self-empowering way. An iBme retreat reconnects participants with their own natural confidence and ease -- their inner spark. Through curiosity, they develop their powers of perception and their capacity to understand their emotions and thoughts, skills that are valuable now and for a long time to come.
What will you do on retreat?
- Learn or deepen mindfulness and go-to mindfulness tools you can use anywhere, any time for ease and presence.
- Experience meditation through a variety of guided practices from expert teachers.
- Develop community and relationships, cultivate communication skills, and take part in small-group check-ins.
