This Cutie is Looking For: This sweetie is one of a litter of five (Nut, Nico, NLuna, Nori, and Nacho) all coming to DC from Puerto Rico to find their forever homes! They've loved their puppy pile but now they want to get their very own humans. They may be slightly older puppies but they still want the same things all puppies do - cuddles and play time and snuggles and naps on warm laps! And then to explore the neighborhood- the local parks - the world! They're looking forward to obedience school too, to learn to be the goodest pups ever! What do you say? Do you have room in your home and your heart for this pup?
Gets Along With: Most puppies are in the prime of their socialization window and will do well with other dogs, cats and kids so long as they receive patience and proper training.
Special Adoption Considerations: Puppies under 6 months of age need to have multiple potty breaks/exercise throughout the day. Potential adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements to meet the needs of their puppy.
Additionally, Nacho is shy. To help him build his braves, he must go to a home with a welcoming resident dog who will show him the ropes. Due to his shyness, he also cannot go to a home with children under the age of 12.

Your new puppy will need to work on their house training and will also need to go to obedience school so they can grow into a well-socialized dog!
