Sauvignon Blanc is a light-bodied white whine that pairs well with green vegetables, bonus if the dish includes sauces with citrus notes. Try Brussel sprouts, asparagus, cucumbers, and broccoli, among others. When pairing vegetables and Sauvignon Blanc, opt for dishes that use raw vegetables rather than roasted.

Meritage is a heavy Bordeaux style wine (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec) that has red fruit notes on the nose and palette; bright acidity and firm tannins. It pairs well with red, savory meats, grilled or roasted. Foods and Entrees that usually pair: Beef, lamb, game, chicken, turkey, veal or pork grilled, roasted or braised, chili, hamburgers, meatloaf, mushrooms, cheese based pasta, risotto.

Petite Manseng is a white wine variation of the black Manseng grape, and it gets its name from its small berries. It features rich aromas of candied fruit and spice which are often complemented with flavors of honey, nuts, and pineapple.

Chardonnay is a full-bodied wine that pairs well with mild, buttery or creamy dishes, meaty fish (halibut, cod) and shellfish (lobster, shrimp, crab, scallops or with subtly flavored, simply seasoned poultry and pork dishes.
