Item Special Note

Items can be picked up at Hayes Barton Methodist Church on Sunday, November 14th between 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. Please check in at the Silent Auction table located outside the Sanctuary on Stone Street to pick up your item.  If shipping is required, all shipping and packaging charges will be charged to the winning bidder.
 
If you are the winning bidder, your credit card will be charged for your items at 2:00 pm on the day of the auction (November 14th). There is a charge of 3.4% + $0.35 of the purchase price. If your winning bid is over $500, and you would like to pay with a check, please email jenniferlumpkin@gmail.com or call 919-741-8460 before 2:00 pm on November 14th.
