Item Description
Nancy's Airfield Cafe at the Stow Airport has been serving farm-to-table cuisine since 1996. Ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible, with quality and freshness leading selection priorities. Organic products are preferred, provided the cost is reasonable. Flavor is most important in the final recipes, whether nuanced in a perfectly cooked organic egg or full-blown in house-made spice blends. Most of Nancy's offerings include fresh herbs plucked straight from the kitchen garden by the door. The menus, inspired by the fruits and harvests of the season, change from time to time according to the availability of specialty products and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Nancy's Airfield Cafe proudly serves organic and free range eggs; hormone-free, farm-raised Atlantic salmon; chicken breasts/steaks without preservatives, hormones or artificial ingredients; farm fresh and humanely cared-for lamb and pork; and a wide selection of locally grown and produced ingredients prepared with care for your enjoyment.
Item Special Note
Nancy's Airfield Cafe is no longer open for inside dining. Nancy's is open Fridays and Saturdays for takeout dinners, which can be ordered online.
Nancy's will close January 1 for the rest of the winter. In the spring, Nancy's will again serve on the outside patio. Be sure to check Nancy's website for specifics on when the restaurant will be open.
