4 Private personal training sessions (once a week for 4 weeks) with Jesse Cleveland! Jesse is an ACE certified trainer who will come to your home or office and help you build healthy exercise habits so you can feel your best. She can use the equipment you have in your home, or bring equipment if needed. Jesse can also help you with your nutrition habits. Looking to start some healthy movement or kick your routine into higher gear? This is the item for you!
Available hours for personal training sessions are by appointment only, M-F during school hours, and excluding all Jewish holidays. Sessions must be used by November 30, 2022.
