Ready for some seriously fun team building? Then this is the item for you and your team! Mandy Diamond of Blue Zone Thinking will lead you through a 90 minute Lego Serious Play Session.

Lego® Serious Play® is an experiential process designed to enhance innovation and team building. This dynamic tool uses whole brain thinking to foster creativity and promote team discussion.

It delivers this by:

Providing individuals with a vehicle to tap into their imagination and verbalize it.
Ensuring that every individual, even the shy and quiet, have the opportunity to voice their ideas and have them heard.

Leveraging collaboration to accelerate innovation in a short amount of time
Allowing people to ‘play’ in the workplace, have fun and connect with colleagues in a new way.

This powerful combination delivers results with a deeper insight and commitment. Lego® Serious Play® can be used for almost any topic which requires brainstorming and team consensus.

This session is ideal for 8-10 people and must be used by November 30, 2022.
