Item Description

This is your backstage pass to the high-end culinary world!  Chefs Guillaume Pfahl and Ashley Ugarte will lead a joyous cooking party where guests create dinner courses from a bounty of fresh organic ingredients.  Guests will work side-by-side with the pros to learn how to transform these ingredients into dishes that delight the tastebuds and nourish body and soul.  Chef Guillaume is the Executive Chef for Consious Kitchen and Food Service Director for Sausalito/Marin City schools.  Chef Ashley is the Head of Confections at Dandelion Chocolate in San Francisco.  This party will be an intimate group of 25 guests in the state-of-the-art Cavallo Point Cooking School kitchen on Monday, November 15, 2021.  Bon appétit!
