Join Allen Wallace of Pleasantville's Soul Brewing Company for beer sipping, cheese sampling and a greater understanding of what makes it all go together so well. What's an IPA? What makes a Pilsner different from other Lagers? What about Porters and a Stouts? What grains are best for brewing, and why do we prefer some tastes over others? Why do some cheeses work so well with certain beers? Grab a seat and learn a thing or two about two of the world's oldest and most celebrated victuals.
