This resort does not offer daily maid service.

Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

Confirmation is required upon check-in at the resort.

Face covering is required in all public areas. Pools are open at 50% capacity. Springs Pool is closed. Currently no housekeeping services available in occupied villas. Towels and linen are available upon request. Restaurants and other activities are open and practicing social distancing.
