Item Description
If you’ve ever been to “The Point” at San Onofre State Beach, there’s a chance you’ve seen a guy on a huge longboard called a “Kook Box” surfing in a sweater and a sailor hat. That’s Brian Bent, a local surfer with a unique style.
Brian is a true inspiration working with various creative fields, developing a recognizable style that is inspired by the early 60s. He is an artist, surfer, skater and a minister at the Hod Rod church. He paints on most of his clothes, cars, boards, skates, and other available canvases.
The picture on Brian's board is of Brian Setzer from The Stray Cats.
