Rob Machado had been wanting to play around with some longer fishy kind of boards for a while. Ever since he spent some time with Skip Frye and he was shown some of his fishes in the 7 foot range it had been on Rob’s mind. He first stretched out the GO FISH and made a 7 footer. It worked great and really got his mind spinning. Then, he made a 7’0 seaside and it became one of his favorite boards in his quiver. He rode it in everything. Super small days, bigger days and everything in between. It’s become a board that he will take with him everywhere he goes.
It glides. It turns on a dime and most importantly... it puts a smile on his face.
His surfboard is a Firewire Timbertek, called “Seaside & Beyond” and 7’2 x 21 ½ x 3 – 52.2 Liters.

Payment will be processed post-contest and winner will be contacted by the resort.
Packing, shipping, and handling are not included. Boards can be picked up at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel or the purchaser can arrange for shipping. Boards will be available for pick-up and shipping after Monday, January 3, 2022. Boards must be picked up no later than Monday, January 31, 2022.
