A Day at Central Park is an original painting of acrylic on canvas, 36" x 24", from artist, Ana Saura.
Artist Bio:
Born in Guatemala, Central America. Studied at Liceo Moderno, San Carlos University, Guatemala City, Guatemala and acquired a Teachers Degree. In New York attended Albert Pels School or Art/ Cooper Union and received a BA in fine and commercial art. Attended workshop courses for one year with Martine Vaugel, sculpted in clay and stone, New Rochelle, NY. Studied for five years with the American painter Charles Gruppe, plein air painting on location in Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and Greece. Completed various courses in Early Childhood Behavior from Albany University.
Exhibited in numerous art shows and galleries: Washington Square Outdoor Art Exhibit, Greenwich Village, NY; La Antigua de Arte, Antigua Guatemala Central America; Larchmont Arts Festival.
