Learn to make cheese with Lola the Cow at Pickle Creek Ranch - Mt. Veeder, Napa!

Enjoy an afternoon at The Ranch for up to 5 adults and 5 children in your social bubble.

Offered by hosts Sara Vietti and Jorge Lara, with special guest Lola the cow.

You are invited to Pickle Creek Ranch on beautiful Mount Veeder, for a fun-filled afternoon in nature. Begin your experience by meeting Lola -- Sara and Jorge's sweet, mellow, calm, and good-natured Jersey cow. Have your hiking boots ready, as you may need to tromp around a bit to find her grazing somewhere on the property.

Say hello, make friends, and offer Lola a tasty treat. Learn to milk her -- her friendly nature makes for a fun lesson! With fresh milk ready to go, learn the steps of making delicious farmer's cheese with Jorge.

Once your tasty cheese is ready, it's time to feast! Makes plans ahead of time with Sara for your perfect pairing -- cheese, bread, and wine; quesadillas and margaritas, or maybe you have another idea?

Perhaps you'll want to make it a picnic? Gather your goods, hike to the property's peak and savor the view. Sara and Jorge invite you to enjoy your time in nature at Pickle Creek exploring the property and meeting the other animals.

Upon the close of the afternoon, bring home fresh cheese to enjoy throughout your week.

We can't wait to host you at the ranch!

The winning bidder will arrange a mutually agreeable date in 2022 with Sara and Jorge for an afternoon at the ranch with the winning bidder.

Please Note: Current and up-to-date COVID-19 social distancing and safety protocol will be followed by all members of the group during the Farm to Table Cheesemaking with Lola the Cow at Pickle Creek Ranch.

Item Special Note

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 4, 2022, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)

Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 8, 2022, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.) Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 7, 2022, if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
