Item Description

Enjoy TWO (2) sessions of private yoga with Divine breathwork, 3 hours total, with Kristy Vicary, RYT, CNC in the comfort of your own home.

The equipment: mat, strap, bolster, and blanket will be provided for each session. The mat will be yours to keep.

About Kristy Vicari, RYT CNC

Kristy has taught yoga throughout the East Bay Area and been a student of yoga for over 22 years. Her training background in yoga is very diverse; starting in Bikram in 1998 and moving in to several certifications in Iyengar; including Restorative, Prenatal and Postpartum yoga, and finding her home in Anusara yoga which serves as the foundation for her teaching, only to be enhanced with trainings following in Ashtanga and Flow.

She presently teaches a very individualized class which weaves together exploration, awareness, opening and alignment of the mind and body. Grace and celebration guide it, with a playful and creative edge and a nurturing guidance. Breathwork is braided in artfully as well as grounding meditation. She also teaches therapeutic classes to restore and rejuvenate the being. Each session will leave you relaxed and feeling divine. Her Prenatal and Post Partum classes are incredibly supportive and healing. She finds such gratitude in these offerings and continues to be a student of yoga and life with playful curiosity and insightful compassion.

Kristy offers sessions in: Benicia, Vallejo, American Canyon and Napa.

The gift certificate will be valid for 90 day from auction closing date. Expires May 10th, 2022. Auction winner will schedule and arrange mutually agreeable session dates and location with Kristy Vicari.

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 4, 2022, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)

Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 8, 2022, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.) Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 7, 2022, if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
