Adults -- X-Fit Boot Camp is an inspiring (and exhausting!) group fitness workout designed to benefit everyone from a beginner to a seasoned athlete. At X-Fit Training, staff are dedicated to helping you build yourself up to achieve all of your fitness goals. X-Fit Boot Camps will push you, get you into shape, and help you excel as an athlete.

Kids --
X-Fit Training's Lil' Ninja Warrior training is designed for all ages and athletic levels. This is a non-competitive X-Fit for Kids program that helps your child develop gross motor skills, core strength, balance, and control of their body in an athletic atmosphere. Your Lil' Ninja will be learning how to problem solve and overcome obstacle courses. Lil' Ninja Warrior Training available to ages 5-9 years which is considered X-Fit Jr.

X-Fit Lil' Ninja TOTs is designed for toddlers. This is a non-competitive program that helps your younger child develop beginner motor skills, strength, balance, and control of their body in an athletic atmosphere. This is a PARENT PARTICIPATION class. We do have COVID-19 protocols in place, following the guidelines advised by the CDC and our local county. Lil' Ninja TOTs is designed for ages 3 and 4 years old.
