Item Description
Are you ready to join an elite group of travelers? The highest bidder of this package will receive (1) certificate of flight for 2 people to enjoy a trip on the Goodyear Blimp. Flight departs from Wingfoot Lake in Mogadore, OH, the oldest airship facility and one of the oldest active aircraft bases in the world. Numerous exclusions and restrictions apply, some of which are included below.
Item Special Note
Goodyear reserves the right to deny flight status to anyone who is unable or unwilling to comply guidelines including but not limited to the following: Certificate expires January 6, 2023. Due to the airships schedule, dates for passenger flights are highly variable. As dates become available, Goodyear will contact registered passengers to schedule their flight. Recipient must present the original certificate when claiming their flight. This certificate is not for resale, re auction or transferable. Children All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. While children under four years of age are discouraged from flying on the Goodyear Blimp, exceptions can be made. This must be done prior to the date of the flight through the Base Coordinator and PR team with the pilot's approval. Passenger Mobility Requirements and Weight Restrictions All airship passengers must be fully ambulatory and without physical impairment(s) that could prevent them from moving quickly at the direction of the pilot or ground crew. Goodyear reserves the right to refuse entry on our airship to any guest exceeding the manufacturers ladder weight limit of 330 pounds. All guests weight will be verified for compliance with this requirement prior to flight. Complete Passenger Guidelines and Waiver All passengers will be provided a full list of guidelines and must sign a "Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement" prior to boarding the airship. All passengers will be provided with Goodyear Airship Operations Covid 19 protocols and will agree to adhere to all protocols.
