This is a great gift to bid on with 3 of your best friends!

The Package Includes:
-A tasting for 4 to Crocker and Starr in St. Helena. A boutique winery known for its Sav Blanc and Cab Franc (but they have other amazing wine too!) (~ $200)
-8 hours of transportation for 4-6 people by Squire Livery Transportation. They can help plan your day besides the Crocker and Starr tasting. It does not include the tasting fees to the other locations, but it includes 8 hours of door-to-door delivery of 4-6 people, taxes, and gratuity. This is ~$1500 value! There is no expiration, but the months of Aug, Sept and Oct are blacked out. Kent, the driver is also willing to pick you up and take you tastings and to lunch/dinner...he will wait!! Which brings us to our next feature of the basket..

Bidding Rules 

By bidding in the Valhalla Elementary School auction, each bidder agrees to the following: 

1. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. 2. All items are “as is” and any restrictions noted related to the item are nonnegotiable. The  Valhalla Elementary School auction volunteers have attempted to catalog items correctly, but  they neither warrant nor represent and, in no event, shall be responsible for the authenticity,  condition, or validity of the description of the item. No statement made on the bidding website  or catalog, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty,  representation, or assumption of liability. 

3. The auction item value listed is a good faith estimate of the value of the goods/services  furnished. Items have not been appraised unless otherwise noted. 

4. Restaurant certificates do not include alcohol, tax, or gratuities unless specified. 5. Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the date  of the auction. 

6. The Valhalla Elementary School auction committee reserves the right to add or withdraw items,  without notice, to or from the auction. 

7. A bidding extension feature has been enabled for this auction so that there is fair access to  popular items. This feature will automatically prevent “sniper bidding” by extending the closing  time for an item if it has a bid in the last five minutes prior to auction close. 

8. Payment for items purchased must be made in full at the conclusion of the online auction via  credit card. Auction volunteers will attempt to process all winning bids within one hour of  closing. 

9. Once winning bids have been processed and payment is complete, you will receive an email with  pick up instructions. 

10. Items must be picked up by the purchaser at Valhalla Elementary School during the time(s) and  date(s) specified. Auction volunteers will only ship gift certificates and only to those winning  bidders residing outside of Contra Costa County. 

11. Each bidder agrees to release Valhalla Elementary School and Valhalla Elementary School Parent  Faculty Association, including all of their officers, directors, members, volunteers, employees  and agents and the item donor, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes  arising out of or related to the possession, redemption, participation in, or other use of the item. 

12. Each bidder is fully aware of, and assumes all risks in connection with the possession,  redemption, participation in, or other use of the item.
