Two new children's Gratitude Journals by Little Thoughtful Readers and one gently used set of Mindfulness Cards by Barefoot Books.
Each gratitude journal has multiple ways to engage. Your child will be able to list off the 3 things they are most thankful for that day, draw a picture of their favorite event that happened, list who was kind to them and who they were kind to, and give the day a star rating.
The deck of Mindfulness Cards "includes 50 creative mindfulness games, visualizations, and exercises divided into 5 categories to help children feel grounded, find calm, improve focus, practice loving-kindness and relax. Whimsical full-color illustrations on both sides of the cards break down each practice into easy-to-follow steps. Tips on individual cards plus an 8-page instructional booklet show modifications that make these activities inclusive for children of all abilities."
Item Special Note
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, item will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense.
Items are shipped via Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping with the United States Postal Service. This item will ship in a small flat rate box (8 5/8” x 5 3/8” x 1 5/8”). The shipping cost will be $9.45 plus the cost of insurance. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees. If more than one item is won, we will combine shipping and make the necessary shipping cost adjustment. If the items do not fit into a Flat Rate box, the best shipping option will be chosen by the auction shipping team.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wed, March 30th, 2022 from 2:00-6:00pm, and Thursday, March 31st, 2022 from 1:00-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
