Terms and Conditions:

• NOTE: There is a $15.00 parking fee for cars ($20 for oversized vehicles) that is not included with these tickets. 
• Ticket holder ("Holder") grants to Answers in Genesis, Inc., Crosswater Canyon, Inc., and Ark Encounter, LLC (as applicable, the "Company"), the unrestricted right and license to record and use Holder's image, name, likeness, voice, comments or other proprietary or public rights, and those of any minor accompanying Holder while at the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter (as applicable, the "Attraction"), for security, safety, news, advertisements, promotions, or other purposes, and constitutes a full release to use such images and likeness for such purposes.
• THIS TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE. The holder is subject to the rules of the Company which are posted at the Attraction and on its website (creationmuseum.org/rules and arkencounter.com/rules, as applicable) (the "Attraction Rules"). Holder consents and agrees to abide by the Attraction Rules by using this ticket. The holder may be denied entry to or removed from the premises if found to be in violation of the Attraction Rules. The Company reserves the right to refuse services in the interest of public safety or as otherwise permitted by law. This license is governed by the laws of Kentucky. 
• COVID-19 and Other Health Risks: Holder acknowledges that, although the Company has taken special precautions to secure the safety of its guest and prevent exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus), or other viruses or outbreaks, no facility can guarantee against exposure or infections, and Holder assumes the risk of such exposure and enters the Attraction in his or her own discretion. Holder forever releases from liability and waives the right to bring suit against the company for any such exposure or infection in any way related to the Company's services or premises, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shipping and Delivery:

• The bidder is responsible for the shipping and handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be billed at our discounted industry rate based on the winner’s shipping code.
• If the bidder prefers the item shipped through USPS mail, we are not responsible or liable if lost.
