Item Description
At the historic 1853 William Flagg Homer House, the Belmont Woman's Club is pleased to donate their delightful property for the top bidder. Included will be use of facility for a 2-3 hour event, such as a tea or lunch, for approximately 20 people.
This offer is good for 12 months from auction date to be scheduled on a mutually agreable date. Winner will need to sign a contract with the Belmont Woman's Club for the gratis rental as well as obtain a one day insurance rider.
