Each beachfront Villa has direct ocean views and is magnificently appointed with luxuriously comfortable furnishings that complement the natural surroundings, from floor-to-ceiling glass doors with breathtaking sunset views to ultra-plush bedding, richly colored native hardwood
floors and inviting seating areas for your family to gather both inside and out. Each furnished bedroom has its own luxury master bath and the spacious and fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Viking appliances.

- A stay can be reserved, based on availability, for 24 months from the date of the event.
- Blackout dates: December 24th – January 3rd , February 16-23rd , Easter Week (These dates vary each year).
- The nights must be used during 1 trip.
- At least one person staying at the residence must be over the age of 25.
- Unless otherwise noted, all holiday/event weeks start the Saturday before the holiday/event through the Saturday after the holiday/event.
