Centrally located, walking distance from Canyon Lodge slopes and minutes to the Village. Modern, stylish, and luxurious, this unit is perfect for groups or families.

With an open concept and high ceilings throughout the unit, it features a chefs kitchen, heated bathroom floors, a mudroom area, comfortable beds, washer/dryer in-unit, two covered patios, covered parking, complimentary games, a foosball table, a beautiful fireplace, large smart tvs, wifi and stunning views of the mountains.

The space-
It’s a 2000 square foot condo, with high ceilings and open floor concept . It features three bedrooms, a loft and 3 1/2 bathrooms. There are two master suites on the bottom floor- both with king beds, and smart tvs in each, with on-suite bathrooms. The bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and an on-suite bathroom as well. The loft has two full bed bunk beds with trundles.

The unit is completely brand new, with new double pane windows, a propane fireplace, with top of the line amenities. It features a washer dryer in the unit, a mudroom area for all your gear, heated bathroom floors, brand new appliances, including a fridge, microwave, electric stove/oven, and a dishwasher. There are tvs in all of the bedrooms - all smart tvs with streaming available, Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine (we provide a few complimentary coffee pods), chessboard, other board games, Alexa for music, and a foosball table. There are plenty of brand new cooking ware - pans, pots and dishes. There is a blow dryer for use and plenty of closet space.

The bottom floor has baseboard heaters with their own thermostats to adjust as needed. The bedrooms also feature ceiling fans for added air. One of the master bedrooms has workspace desk.

It’s a top floor unit, with stunning views of the mountains. There are two covered patios with plenty of sleds for use. We have covered parking, one designated spot and several guest spots on a first come basis. We cannot guarantee the guest spots, they fluctuate.

We are walking distance to the slopes at canyon lodge or the gondola to the village and the bus line is just outside.
