Item Description
You and your guest will "Enjoy Troy" with a $25 gift card to the Bard & Baker and tickets to see Amir Elsaffar's Rivers of Sound Orchestra at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall on April 27, 2022 at 7:30 PM. Includes a bottle of Diamond Creek Volcanic Hill Cabernet Sauvignon (2010).
Bard & Baker is an award-winning board game cafe with over 800 board games, tasty food, and delicious cocktails!
After a game or two, head over to the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall for a performance blending scales from the Iraqi maqam tradition with jazz ornamentation.
Rivers of Sound is a large ensemble of instrumentalists from Western and Middle Eastern traditions, exploring the confluences of a musical language that transcends notions of tradition and style. In performing Not Two, an original composition by Amir ElSaffar, each musician interacts with the group through both improvised and composed material to create a novel composite sound.
Item Special Note
The winning bidder will receive via mail the gift card, as well as a letter that must be exchanged for the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall tickets (non-transferable). It must be redeemed at the box office at least 48 hours before the performance date, and tickets are subject to availability.
Local pick-up only. You must be 21 or older to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages. Positive identification required. Wine and other alcoholic beverages may not be shipped.
