Item Description

This package is perfect for the budding chef in your life, and includes three key items for any serious kitchen.

  • Locally Handcrafted Artisan Cherry Wood Rolling Pin. Stanley Blanchard has a Masters of Fine Arts degree in photography from Ohio University and brings a sophisticated intelligence and artistic sensitivity to his work. A photographer by trade, Mr. Blanchard spent 18 years with General Electric as a corporate photographer capturing executive portraits, large steam turbines, man-made diamonds, and corporate events. He then pursued a career in wedding and event photography until retirement. Stanley's commercial experience and artistic creativity combine in his most recent work on this handcrafted wooden rolling pin and other wooden dining pieces.
  • 8" Chef's Knife, Granton & Wide Blade. Also known as a French or Cook's knife, the blade is curved to allow a rocking motion during usage to get a more precise cut. This knife is the all purpose, "worker knife" in the kitchen, and is used for a variety of slicing, chopping, dicing and mincing tasks. This is a high quality, European made, chef's knife, wide blade with a full tang, and ergonomic winewood handle.
  • Reversible Adult Apron. The perfect piece to complete the chef's ensemble! Also locally handcrafted, this reversible apron by "Something for Everyone" is made with an incredibly soft and durable sunshine yellow and blue plaid material.
