Item Special Note

Artwork Disclaimer:
How to care for you cymbal and what to expect.
Your cymbal has a special dye on it that allows it to be played with minimal effect to the sound. It was carefully prepped so the dye would adhere as best as possible. The metal of your cymbal was not colored, that would be impossible. Think of it like a car, the metal was prepared and primed before they painted it, the metal is not actually colored. And, just as it would be with a car, if you hit it with sticks, you will more than likely leave stick marks on the finish and it can chip or leave color on your sticks. I have prepared your cymbals to have minimal damage from playing, but over time, you should expect that your playing will add to your artwork. It will age it, distress it, make it even more unique.
Do NOT clean your cymbal. Cymbal cleaner will damage the artwork. Do NOT stack your art cymbal between other cymbals. Make sure you leave plastic, paper, or some sort of fabric in between when you are transporting you art cymbal. Metal will scratch metal and damage the artwork.
I hope you enjoy your cymbals for many many years. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at the Soultone Cymbals headquarters or on Instagram @tamaralevyart.
