Item Description
Hand-Carved Trivet featuring Johann Sebastian Bach's "Numbered Staffs" Seal.
"If you love the compositions of J.S. Bach, then you know that Bach was fond of patterns and numbers. He was especially fond of the numbers 14 and 41 because they were derived from the mystical numerology values of the letters in his own name. He put these numbers and other clever number patterns in many of his works - including this unique monogrammed seal, created by using 4 clefs sumperimposed over each other to spell 'Bach' using musical notes."

Crafted by Ellen Heien & John Stimson, the former of whom is an active member of the Bach in Baltimore Choir.
