Mindful Music is a holistic approach to music that takes in the entire person, their unique way of learning and how what they learn at the piano ripples out to all parts of their lives! My students get to choose their own songs and gain a mindfulness toolkit for life while learning the piano.
I work with all types of learners and specialize in working with neurodiverse young people (autism, ADHD, etc.). Mindful Music is a response to challenges I see in the world today and equips young people with autonomy, awareness and self-expression all through the fun vehicle of music!

Lessons are in-home/in-person within the city of Chicago (with masks and COVID procedures), Suburban families will be in-person or virtual depending on location. Expires 6/14/22.
