Item Description
Please join Roycemore and Women & Children First Bookstore for an evening of poetry and conversation with Amanda Moore, author of Requeening, which was chosen by Ocean Vuong for the National Poetry Series. She will introduce us to and read from her collection, which uses the structure and life cycle of a beehive to explore themes of motherhood, daughterhood, grief, and illness, and will talk about balancing a creative, writing life with other responsibilities.
