Item Description
Want to take a warm-weather break during next year's winter? Come for a
week's stay in Green Valley, Arizona, 20 miles south of Tucson. Get your
own tickets to fly to Tucson or Phoenix (120 miles away) and rent a car for a
week. Or make a road trip and drive your own car there.
Our house has 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 full bathrooms, a living room,
dining room, kitchen, laundry room, a nice back yard and private patio and
a garage. There is TV and internet service. Two people can sleep in the
master bedroom, on a sleep number queen-sized bed. Two more can
sleep in the large guest room on a king-sized bed. There will be staples
available, and a grocery store close by so you'll be able to prepare meals.
You'll have guest-pass access to the 9 Green Valley Recreation
Centers with swimming pools, tennis, pickle ball courts, etc. Golf courses are
nearby (at extra cost) with golf clubs available.
Our only restriction is No Smoking or Illegal Drugs.
Judson folks have won this offering in the past three auctions, while others have visited Kathy and Wayne at other times. It's very special!!
Up to 7 days & nights between February 9 and February 17. 2023
+ Value: $900 per week; Minimum Bid: $800 per week
+ Number of Guests: 2-4. Must be together as couples, a family or good friends.

Special Note: If you are the high bidder for both options and want to lengthen your stay to over two weeks, you can get any 16 days between January 29 and February 17.
