Item Description
One of a kind glass mosaic vase 10"x3" designed by Kate Samuels.
Kate Samuels mosaic-making journey began in 2015 when she spotted an introductory class among the pages of a local community college catalog. Once she had learned the basics of the craft, the teacher expected her to sketch out and execute a clear plan for her next project; but in defiance, she found it far more satisfying to have no plan and let the pieces do the talking. She has built upon this resistance ever since and continue to marvel at the magical result of the random movement of these pieces.
