Item Description
Margaret Panofsky's newly published novel "Day of the Jumping Sun" is post-apocalyptic, and in spite of dark imagery, it isn't dystopian. The story shows the humanism of Ursula Le Guin, the humor of Terry Pratchett, and the wild invention of Neil Gaiman. An adventure set a million years beyond World War III, it asks whether war is inevitable. It begs for an appreciation of the earth. Above all, it explores the complexities of family, loyalty, and love's power.
Margaret is the long-time program editor for the MB1800 concert series.
One copy of the book will be mailed to each of the two highest bidders.
Item Special Note
Two highest bidders should contact Margaret at margaretpanofsky@gmail.com with proof of winning bid.
