Item Description
Looking to spend a fabulous day in the greatest city in the world? Look no further!
Experience NYC like you've never seen it before with 2 VIP Admissions to RISE NY. Then, head to the river and explore The Intrepid Museum, featuring the legendary aircraft carrier Intrepid, the space shuttle Enterprise, the world's fastest jets and a guided missile submarine. Finally, enjoy dinner and drinks at Dolly Varden with a $100 gift card.
At RISE NY, embark on a three-part journey that lifts and connects you to New York City's most famous sites and moments. Start with a captivating film by award-winning documentarian Ric Burns, explore museum-style galleries that transport you through the city's expansive pop-culture evolution. Then, fly over the iconic skyline on a soaring ride that suspends you 30 feet in the air! Get ready to fall in love with New York all over again. This world-class flying theater gives visitors a unique bird's-eye view of the Big Apple. The 46-seat flight simulation ride is the first of its kind in Manhattan. You will be lifted 30 feet into the air and take in the splendor of NYC while suspended inside a 180-degree, 40-foot projection dome featuring 8K aerial footage that creates the sensation of flight. Full motion seats let you dip, turn and soar, while wind, mist, and scents heighten the experience.
With two VIP passes to the The Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum, you'll be taken on an interactive journey through history to learn about American innovation and bravery. Enjoy exhibitions, educational programming and the foremost collection of technologically groundbreaking aircraft and vessels. Launched in 1943, the former aircraft carrier USS Intrepid fought in World War II, surviving five kamikaze attacks and one torpedo strike. The ship later served in the Cold War and the Vietnam War. Intrepid also served as a NASA recovery vessel in the 1960s. It was decommissioned in 1974, and today is berthed on the Hudson River as the centerpiece of the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum.
Creatively inspired by New York City's Gilded Age through the "Roaring '20s" Jazz Age, Dolly Varden serves creative cocktails and elevated menus in Hell?s Kitchen. The name Dolly Varden has always been a symbol of feisty endurance. Long before influencers, Dolly Varden was a cultural phenomenon inspiring fashion, theater, song, art & commerce conceptually based on the eponymous coquette concocted by Mr. Charles Dickens decades earlier. As another enduring symbol, Dolly Varden was also the name of the last passenger train locomotive to run up the West Side of Manhattan just blocks away.
