Bo Law Kung Fu is a traditional Chinese Martial Arts School, with training programs for adults of all ages, and children from ages 3 and up. The focus is on growing students mentally and spiritually, in addition to offering a stimulating physical workout that is rooted from the time-honored teachings of Kung Fu lineage. At Bo Law Kung Fu, the competition is with yourself, not with others.
Master Paul Koh, the headmaster, emphasizes that the true essence of Kung Fu is the training of body, mind, and spirit - all converged together to realize the true potential of ones self. Learning traditional Kung Fu can help build:
